Is it possible to show the source of a comment on a Jira issue. Like if the comment was added with a attachment or with a git commit message.
I would like it to look something like
Authors name added a comment - 6 minutes ago - with attachment link-and-name-to-attachment
Authors name added a comment - 6 minutes ago - from git [link to github|commit-hash]
Is it possible today? Or maybe feature you can implement in future version?
Comments already have author and date.
There is an open feature request for tracking the source of a comment, but I can't find it in my bookmarks. I seem to remember it started with "distinguish between comment, comment on transition, comment during attachment, etc".
