Show and filter custom fields in portfolio plan

We are using a custom field to tag which epics and stories are requested by which customer / user. It would be very helpful if this would be displayed in the plan backlog and if there would be an option to filter by this field.

Or any other ideas to manage this?

Hello Susen,

       Right now this is not possible, but there is a request already open for this at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPO-193

       What I think you can do is to set different initiatives for each customer, so they would be separated by initiatives.

       Another important point is that you can create custom filters in JIRA using the custom field you have created to import the issues of each customer separately. This will help you to associate them to the correct initiative in the import time.
