Show Customers Additional Fields upon resolution

Ideally I would like to present additiional field to my Servoce Desk Customers once these sre completed so as to prevent the need for double entry ad also excessive use of comments.

For example: resolution type and fix version


Please HELP :)

Hi Niel,

That's an interesting question. Fyi: I've added the jira-service-desk tag to your question as this will put it in the right product category.

As far as I know there's no way of making this work out of the box. And no addon for Cloud instances either.

For those of you that get to this question and use the server version, you could use the Extension for JIRA Service Desk addon to achieve this behaviour. More information on their Confluence (last item in their small enhancements table).
