I have a user trying to add the create date to their advanced roadmap, but it's not showing up as an option. From checking, it doesn't look like this is a real "field" that can be added or removed from the screens.
Thanks!
Hi @Stacy Haller ,
The Created field is heavily locked down since it's an important System Field which is why it does not display on the list of fields, so unfortunately it does not look like it's possible to import it into a plan. (Perhaps someone from Atlassian can verify)
A note for other fields - if attempting to display a custom field in your plan, you will have to add it into the plan first, before searching for it like you are doing in your screenshot.
Thank you for the response, I figured it was something like that... but it seems extreme not to allow it to be viewed in Roadmaps. (sigh)

Is there a process improvement request to add the date created (read-only) to a roadmap?

Yes, it will be great for planning in format created-started-done and more level
