Shifting Jira 5x from Windows to Ubuntu

I have starter License of Jira (upto 10 users) .. Now I am shifitng from Windows to Ubuntu ... So will the key with me works on ubuntu ??

Yes, you can use it. Once migration you need to shutdown/uninstall the earlier instance as per the license terms.
