Sharepoint Form to Jira back end

HI,

I want to create a sharepoint form which collects data from a user and then populates a Jira backend so that it then starts using Jira as the demand management item in the back end, this will save giving customers a log in for Jira, any ideas how this could be done?

I think you should use Jira Rest Api for the task
