Shared filters set to private


For an user, we need the shared filters in his account set to private since they are no longer used but still show up in search results. That user no longer works with the company and we need his filters set to private.

How can we do that?

You can log in as that user using the script runner plugin (admin -> built in scripts -> switch user) or the jira su plugin. Then make them private, or delete them.
