I created a filter in JIRA that allows all users to see it. I scheduled this filter as a subscription to be emailed weekly to a list of JIRA users. However, I receive an email for the filter but my email list does not. Why is that? Do my JIRA users need to turn on a setting somewhere?
How are you telling JIRA to send the email to your list? A dummy user with that address? Or something else?
