Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to share the same card on two boards of different teams, since they work together.
If possible, can you teach me how to do this?
Thanks
Hi @livia.fialho ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Issues can be shared through differnet boards at your convenience. Please, define a specific filter for each board that retrieves issues.
If you have board a with filter a and board b with filter b and both filters retrieve an issue, then that issue will appear in both boards.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello @livia.fialho
Welcome to the community.
Are you working with Software projects? Are the projects Company Managed or Team Managed?
If you are working with Company Managed Software projects, then as @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ said you can modify the filters used by the boards to show issues from other projects, and in that manner two teams could update one ticket. Filters for Team Managed project boards can not be modified.
Sharing one ticket on two boards where teams are actively working could be problematic though if your teams use Scrum methodology and have their own sprints.
Can you tell us more about your use case? Is the ticket worked on by only one team at a time and passed between them, or are members of two teams working on the ticket at the same time? Are you using sub-tasks to track the work of the different team members on the one issue? Are the teams using Scrum and Sprints?

Hi @livia.fialho and welcome to the community,
Issue sharing per se, isn't possible in Jira. However you can adjust the two boards' filter so as to include this specific issue. But if in the near future you will face the need to share another issue between the same teams then you must make you filters a bit dynamic, so that you don't go every time and adjust your filters.
