I configured the columns and the status of my board and it's fine for me. But other users do not see my configuration, they still have the 3 columns 'Todo', 'In progress' 'Done' but I added 2 more.
When they want to go in Boards Settings they see "Contact an Administrator to configure your board", I'm an Administrator but I do not see why they don't have the board's configuration I did and why they can't choose to set mine instead of the default one.
