Setup issue permission

Nikhil Patil June 30, 2022

I want to setup issue permissions such that reporter can only see his/her reported issues and not all the issues in the project. Anyone has such scenario? How to do it?

Hi @Nikhil Patil ,

You achieve this with issue security schema.

Create issue security schema and  add security level with only reporter (if required you can any other group or role members who may need to view all the tickets)

Hi @Nikhil Patil ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

In order to setup that behaviour you should add Reporter as "Browse Project" permission within your project permission scheme associated to your project.

That permission define who can see issues within your project.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
