I want to setup service desk so that clients can communicate through email. Is that possible?
I was expecting to be able to setup email for a project in the project settings but I don't have a link to link email accounts. Was following this help page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Receiving+requests+by+email
Yes, it is possible.
The documentation you are referencing is actually for Server version.
