Settin up email Notifications in Service Desks


I have 4 Service Desks with the same scheme. Since it´s not possible for users to see each other tickets, i want to set up an email notification. For example one Customer or User creates or close a ticket, i want to let the other users know about it per mail. How can i set this up ?

I'd suggest the best way is to set a group of users as an automatic watcher of issues for that SD.

That way they'd get an email upon every comment and or transition.
