Hi,
I need to configure our JIRA cloud system so that notifications are sent out in email with format text.
I have set the default outgoing mail format to text for all users.
If I create an issue through sevice desk I still get an email notification that is in html.
I can't find any other useful information in the documentation.
What shall I do?

Unfortunately it is not possible to configure JIRA Service Desk emails format at this moment. However, we have an improvement request for this, you can reach it at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-546
Please feel free to vote on it (to increase priority) and add yourself as a watcher if you want to get notified on future updates.
