Set a Quick Filter to not show a particular version in Jira Agile

In a Jira Agile Board, how do I set a Quick Filter to not show a particular version? IE. I want to see all versions BUT one version (IceBox).

I know how to see just that version, but I want to exclude that version when looking at my product backlog planning view.
