Set Jira user to inactive with OnDemand

When installing Jira locally, there's an Active checkbox to edit whether or not the user is active or not. In our OnDemand instance, that checkbox doesn't exist. Is there a way to enable the checkbox? How are you supposed to disable users with OnDemand?

You just need to remove application access. Follow the steps at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Deleting+or+Deactivating+Users
