Session Timeouts

One of our users is getting constantly logged out while working and seeing this message:

 

"

You are not authorized to perform this operation. Please log in.
Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser

"

He tried several browsers and 'private browsing' modes.

 

How can we go about fixing that?

Try clearing browser cache, cookies, make sure system is running on correct time, sounds like it can have to do with a clock running behind.

As said, the issue also occurs using 'private browsing' modes, so caches and cookies aren't the problem.

It also happens after those were deleted.

The clock is synced via ntp (OS X), so that can't be it either.

Any other idea?
