Is it possible for users to view the service desk channel but dont see the jira channel?
My mean is, users can create request or issue in their own servicedesk, but they cannot creat issue in the jira Channel.
As far as I understand when you create issues for service desk in Jira then the request channel is set to Jira. Customers only can create issues from email or portal. You need to restrict Agents from creating issues in Jira. You could use behaviours in Jira Adaptivist Scriptrunner plugin to do so, if you are on Jira Server/Data Center.
