ServiceRocket SalesForce/Jira Integration Price Increase?

Anyone else notice the 80% price increase???

We will definitely need to review the use of this, based on their business model.

Frankly, I don't see any additional functionality in the new version that would justify this.

Your thoughts...?

Yes we noticed that too.

But for now we have to use that plugin. Maybe it is cheaper to develop it ourselves.

I prefer to use Price is one concern, but more important thing is the author of the plugin go2group has a good support service.  To be a replication tool, you will see unexpected errors some times, a responsive support makes the life easier. You can find the sales team contact info at this page:


I checked and found the plugin has great reviews and the price has not increased in the past 4 years.
