Service desks access for product owner of customer


we would like to use the service desk component for product support.

Each customer has serveral users that may report issues. However at the customers site there is one product owner that wants to see all issues created by all his colleages.

How can this be accomplished?

In the latest version, customers can add each other into tickets. In your case, everyone will have to add the product owner to their tickets. See

Can this be automated? Can I see just my request in the self service portal? Would it be possible to see all the issues that I am watching there as well? thanks.

You will be able to see all your issues and issues where you are added as a participant. You should be able to automate it but I haven't looked into the details.
