Service desk & link for customer

Hello,

we need to share some link (we use 'link' of the ticket) with our customer. It could be link to other ticket or link to weblink.

 

Is there any way to show it to our customer? Excepting copy/paste it to the customer answer field.

 

this is a blocking point for our usage.

For External Resource:

 
[http://www.diferencialti.com.br]
[Diferencial TI|http://diferencialti.com.br]

Creates a link to an external resource, special characters that come after the URL and are not part of it must be separated with a space.
The [] around external links are optional in the case you do not want to use any alias for the link.
 

Examples:

http://www.diferencialti.com.br/
Diferencial TI

 

For email address

 
[mailto:lameck@diferencialti.com.br]
Creates a link to an email address, complete with mail icon.

  • Why you need send the link of the ticket to your customer?
    • Sometimes it's issue, sometimes it's link to specific webpage, ...
  • When you need do that?
    • It depends of the customer or the request
  • Did they use the customer portal? Or only use email?
    • They use the customer portal

  • Why you need send the link of the ticket to your customer?
  • When you need do that?
  • Did they use the customer portal? Or only use email?
