Hi
I have license for JIRA service desk 1.2.7, in my test instance it is 1.2.4
My test license long expired and if I try to apply dev license that I have in my test instance for service desk it says "Incompatible with product license". I do not see any option to upgrade my service desk in test instance.
How do I update my service desk in test instance to a version that is compatible with the license I have.
Please let me know.
