I am testing JIRA Server Desk addon in JIRA cloud, and I would like to know Service Desk has any standard report that allow my customers to check all issues created (open/closed) and total billed hours reported by my support team.
We would like to use Service Desk to support our clients, and usually we sell a support pack of N hours for each client and associated SLA. With this report, the client can autonomously check all the issues and total consumed/open hours associated with the support pack purchased.
It there is no report to check this, is there any JIRA addon that offers this kind of functionality?
