Service desk and collaborator

Hi,

i have a JIRA project with issue and developers. When i activate service desk for this project i can't assign issue to developers.

I would have one agent (for comunication with costumer) that send the issue to development team; when development team correct issue they change its status to solved (for example with a commit from bitbucket); at this point the agent review the issue and set as fixed. 

Another problem is that i can't create internal issue on project (not from costumer).

 What can I do?

Hi Paolo

 

This is a big problem in JIRA Service Desk 2.0 you must have the devoloper team in JIRA Service Desk Team role for assign issues and transition ...etc.
