Service desk Customer notifications option not present in my system

Why I cannot see that option as help page describe

"To edit the recipients or message content of your service desk notifications:

From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Customer notifications."

I can edit only notofication scheme but no notification texts

Hi,

 

I have JIRA with Service Desk 3.3.2 but I cannot see that option.

My JIRA instance have been upgraded from diferents versions over the years and now is JIRA 7.3.2 and Service Desk 3.3.2

 

Thanks in advance for any idea.

Ok notifications were changed in configuration but the language depends on users language . However how can I change other words like hint in searchbox on customer portal " what do you need help with"

Before anything else, check what version of JIRA you are on. This option is available on JIRA Service Desk Cloud or as from JIRA Service Desk Server 3.3. If you are not on Cloud or on an older version of JIRA Service Desk Server, the option will not yet be available.

OK I've made upgrade and the option is present but making changes doesn't do much.
All I did was rewriting the notifications to my own in Polish  but after creating new issues the emails keep coming in english :/ why??
