Service Desk stucks on Creation-Screen

Hi all,

I created a Projekt, defined worklow for two issue-types. Next I turned it into a SD-Project.

If I want to create a new Issue by the SD-Portal it stucks. Can someone figure it out?

Which information can i provide to you?

This widget could not be displayed.

If I press Create then the running circle appears and then disappears. The issue is created, but the screen is still the same. So I pressed another 3 times. 3 more issues are created.
