Service Desk monitoring

Hello guys,

We have problems when it comes to SD agent licenses, we want to start to monitor activity of agents. I know we can monitor access log to see when was user last login, but can we also monitor activity in SD projects? Did somebody had same problem?

Hi,

you could go to everyones public rofile. There you have an activity stream of each person.

You also could take a look into the reports of the projects. Under Workload you can see wich agent has how many issues assigned. The more issues the more active (presumably?).

Or another way would be to create a dashboard. Create a filter first (e.g specific projects or all projects? etc.). Then you can add a gadget to the dashboard and choose your defined filter.
