Service Desk and JIRA

I am probably lost or don't know how to configure this one.

I manage multiple projects. I want it to view as one project. So there are many sub-projects.

Additionally, I can create one Service Desk linked for all of the projects.

How do I accomplish these?

Hi
one Service Desk linked for all of the projects - this is not feasible

you can create a one project  and use component/s for the "sub-project" tickets.
