Is it possible to setup AD to authenticate my users in service desk? I have not purchased service desk yet. We do have JIRA ticketing. I do not like the idea of importing customers from AD. I would like it to authenticate against the AD. Is this possible?

Since you're using JIRA Cloud, I'm afraid that this is currently not possible, but I'd suggest you to vote and add your user as a watcher for the following Suggestion:
