Hey Guys,
I'm looking at setting up a few reports in Service Desk. The docs here https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-service-desk-reports-732528965.html say that there's a Satisfaction, Workload and SLA goals report. I don't see these when I search for them. We recently added the CSAT plugin and am wondering what we need to do to get this and other reports?

What version of Service Desk have you installed?
What's the "CSAT plugin"? Marketplace search doesn't find anything.
