We have recently upgrade from JIRA Server Service Desk 3.1 to 3.6.4 in a test environment to test before upgrading production.
The issue that we are seeing is that the previous permissions for SD projects are not working and if I go to a SD project that I had access to in the previous version I no longer have access to even the list of queues.
Note, that permissions are driven by LDAP connectors and that did not change. I have checked the logs and permissions with nothing appearing indicating why I can't access the queues or the config > Request Types even though I am a SD project Admin.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
