When accessing SERVICE DESK>PEOPLE I can only view the first 20 Agents/Customers/Collaborators - there is no option to view the next 20 and I have to manually search for usernames.
The reason I want to access this view is because we want to view the number of OPEN and CLOSED requests per Customer without doing a manual search as we don't know who all 500 Customers are.
How can I view the next 20 and more?
Unfortunately, there's no way to show more than 20 Agents/Customers/Collaborators in those screens, unless you type their names.

Unfortunately there is no way to achieve that trough the UI . Based on your feedback I've raised a improvement request so we can study the possibility of implementing this on a future release:
