Service Desk On Demand Not Issuing Notification to Reporter


Contrary to expectations, no mail notification is sent to Reporter when issue created via Customer Portal. All other notifications are issued as expected.

Note that a notifications scheme for the project is active and Create issues to Reporter. A separate permissions scheme has also been created overiding the service desk permissions scheme.

Please advise.

Hi Jimmy, since you use Ondemand, I have no more ideas.

Hi Udo, What difference does it make whether I use On Demand or not. Is this the end of the investigation? Are Atlassian not interested in resolving this customer's issue with JIRA? Thanks, Jimmy

I would have used the notification helper or looked at the mail logs. Not sure if those are available for you under Ondemand.
