Service Desk - Different Notification Templates

Hi, 

My company uses two instances of JIRA Core 7.2.3 (Server): production and a test one. 

Production:

Service Desk: 3.2.4
Software: 7.0.11

Service Desk: 3.2.4
Software: 7.2.3

Currently we are in the process of configuring and remodeling our Service Desk, including the SD notification templates.  

After creating several test tickets on prod and test, we have noticed significant changes in the notification template we receive. 

This is the view from Production:

Please let me know what affects these changes, is it because of the different JIRA Software version on test and prod, or? 

Subsequently, how can we make them to look the same? Where can they be modified?
