Every time I create a new Service Desk Project it's Customers list is populated automatically lucky only with internal users, how can I avoid this to happen as well as remove this customers from the Service Desk ?
Check the default membership for project role Service Desk Customers
Press g+g then type project roles , then manage default membership of this role.
Thank you for your reply Mizan, oddly enough the role has no Default Users.
