Seriously, how do I get Jira to start parsing Bitbucket commit messages

BlarghAld August 27, 2016

JIRA and Bitbucket (server) are linked to Crowd

they are linked to each other in the Application Linkes section with Smart Commits enabled for JIRA

the JIRA project has Bitbucket listed in the develper tools section

the JIRA project has the Bitbucket project in the "general project configuration options: Application Links: configure project links"

the commit message is in the correct format: "UNTT1-2 #close"

how many more loops do we need to jump through for JIRA to *****! mark the god-damn issue as closed?

EDIT: the JIRA issue link is visible in the commit list in Bitbucket and it works
