Sent e-mail notification when a certain event occures

I want to sent an e-mail notification after a certain transition (the issue is reopened), should be simple.

But didn't found that in postfunctions.

Hi @Katya Godneva,

In the default post function of Fire a Generic Event event that can be processed by the listeners. you can edit it and use another event and set it to notify the needed people in the notification scheme.
