Sending notifications to remote e-mail addresses

Dear Atlassian,

We are wondering, whether is possible to send issue-notification e-mail to predefined e-mails, which are NOT registered as JIRA users?

Issue-notification for JIRA members works perfectly, just after publishing an issue, but we'd like to notify other people, who are not typical JIRA users (even not in MS ActiveDirectory, which we use for auth - foreign company).

You can use the 'Single Email Address' option in notification scheme. However, this will require the JIRA issue to be publicly accessible.
