Sending custom emails with Text and filter results

Hi there!
We need to send everyday notification to some users, which approval needed.
I know it is possible with subscribing, but subscribing based in only one email template... We want to add some text inside of this message according by current user.

If we changed this template, we change it for all users. - This is problem.

Please help us to understand how we can do that.

Example of message:

Dear Maria,

Please find the list of SOWs that require your review and approval.

They are sorted by priority starting from the most urgent and ending by least urgent.

To review the SOW parameters please go to Jira issue tracking system by the link located in the “SOW Name” Column of the table below.

You will need to develop a plugin to do something like this. Basically, you are looking for user defined templates and JIRA doesn't support it.
