Send responses to customers in JIRA Service Desk auto response

If I open a users service desk ticket and click "Respond to customer" they get an email that says:

"We have received your request and will get back to you soon."

How do I have that email include my actual response instead? I'd rather have the email say what I personally wrote as a response instead of just a generic message.

You can just comment on the SD ticket and it will send a notification email with the comment to the customer.
