We want to implement a mechanism, that when there is more than 50 unassigned tickets in Jira, that a mail must be sent to a mailbox.
You'll need to find or write an add-on which implements a service to do this. (I'd use the Script Runner add-on to do it)
A service can run a simple query for unassigned issues, get the count and then decide to send an email.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
