Send email when no event

Lisa Carlascio December 3, 2014

Is there a way to send an email if no event has taken place?  One of my users wants to receive an email for issues that have had no updates in a certain length of time.  Thanks, Lisa

Use a filter subscription, something like (5 days not updated)

updated < -5d and status !=closed

then have the user subscribe this filter on a daily basis.

The filter option is a great solution but if you want to be reminded about specific issues you could install the free My Reminders add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.myreminders

Full disclosure: I wrote it. :)
