Send email blocked for reach 100 email in one day

Hi,

when I try to send scheduled email receved this error :

"E-mail sending has been disabled globally due to limits reached in the last 24 hours (if you just signed up your sending limit will increase automatically over the coming days). Please contact Atlassian Support if you need more help!"
How a long  time we need wait for the unlock this problem?

Are you on a free plan or standard plan?

Referring to https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/automation-service-limits/ , send email action ->  100 emails in a 24 hour period. This limit only applies to the Free edition of Jira Cloud and Trial licenses.
