Seeing dropdown menu spacing oddities with new Jira Server 8.13 (minor)

Only appears in Admin.

Also, dropdown in Manage Apps doesn't work in FF 68.8.0esr 64-bit  (would be more of an issue but menus work in Chrome)

We are currently experiencing this issue with Jira LTS 8.13 Datacenter Chrome 84.0.4147.135/Firefox 78.3.1 ESR

If so - this should be easy to fix by an upgrade to Jira 8.13.1
