Hello, I´m working with Jira in my web development team, we are 5, but the company is much bigger and today someone with the company mail (example: john.doe@companyname.com) I´m the Jira administrator and I didn´t invite john.doe@companyname.com, but as this user have a @companyname.com mail (because this user belong to the company but is not working on the Web Team, I guess that this user just search and find or webteam Jira) what can I do or how can I make like JUST WITH DIRECT INVITE to Join the web team? I don´t know if I´m explaining myself..

Hi @Omar Ortiz Alfano welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Please make sure there are no Approved domains , not even your own e-mail domain.

You can find this by going to Atlassian Administration > Site Settings > Site access > Approved domains.

Select Don't approve any domain.
