Securing the "Done' column

Is it possible to set up a software project board so only one or two people can move an item into the "Done" column?

Hi @Jon Bates ,

If you have a Company managed project you can include a condition on the transitions to Done in the workflow(s) that it can only be performed by certain users.

E.g. The condition

“User Is In Any Project Role”

If it is a team managed project, choose Manage Workflow in the board and there you can add a rule to a transition and choose “Restrict who can move an issue”
