Searching on a field allowing multiple values: How can I find which issues have 2+ values?

Chris Rathjen November 3, 2014

Here are a couple of examples:

  1. An issue can have multiple components set; I want to see all the issues that have two or more
  2. An issue can have belonged to multiple sprints; I want to see the issues that have belonged to at least two

I was hoping "component in (X) and component != X" would do the trick for #1, but it turns out = and != match even if there are multiple values set.

There is no way you can do this in JIRA Cloud. You will need plugins for this and I haven't seen one that does that on Cloud version.
