Search result quantity. How to look at issues with 1000+ search results?

Dmitry Novitsky December 4, 2013

Hello.

With a new v.6.1.4 JIRA version, if i create search result with more than 1000 issues, i can't look at positions more than 1000.
Example: i made search result with 2.584 issues, in a bottom of the search result window i see:
1. Too many search results to display. Refine your search criteria and try again.
2. 9511,000 of 2,584 and only 20 pages.

Can i reconfigure Jira options to see more than that quantity? And if I can, where it is?

Look into the jpm.xml file.

Change jira.search.views.default.max and/or jira.search.views.max.limit

we are using Jira 7.5.4 we tried to implement above solution in jira-config.properties as follows

jira.search.views.default.max=1500
jira.search.views.max.limit=2000
jira.search.views.max.unlimited.group=jira-administrators

But still it returns only 1000 Values?

We have around 4000 issues in our project. Can someone help us on this?
