I have a search filter that shows the ticket but in column configuration the status is not mapped and not even appearing in unmapped status column which means not appearing on kanban board.

There could be different reasons for an issue not being displayed on Kanban board. Go to the board configuration and check if there is a sub-query that shows only recent issues ( only last two weeks). If so, change it to "Show all issues".
