Search -> Export -> Excel (Current Fields)

Hello

I did search and want to export the results into excel.

Is there a way I can specify what fields come out to excel when I use Excel (Current Fields) option to export.

My Issue:

I need key and another custom field "mymax" to be exported.

Now I see Key and few others, to get "mymax" I need to export all fields and it is becoming a huge file.

Please let me know.

Hey Abraham, it's quite simple. Follow this:

Inside the Issue page click on Tools > Configure Columns.

Here you should add your mymax field from the drop-down list. You can also remove other existing fields by clicking on the garbage icon.

After you are done click on Issue Navigator (top left of the screen). Now when you export using Excel (Current Fields) this will display only the column you see in the preview.
